As the owner puts it, the car is the "perfect car for Vermont" in spite of its "relatively low top speed" of 170. This bodes well for high-RPM driving clips, blasting flybys, and overpass runs. Enjoy the sights and sounds of this one-of-four Ruf RGT Cabriolet in the most recent video from HittingRedline.

Love the car, but I get the feeling that owner gives a 30 minute lecture to anyone that says "Hey, nice Porsche!"

The lecture extends to 45 minutes if you don't pronounce the "eh" at the end of "Porsche".

As a native of Vermont, I second this post.

Also, always pass the maple syrup to the left.

For a site called Hitting Red Line, I expected them to realize that the sound of the engine is the music! Why drown it out with faux-dramatic music? Disappointed.

This guy clearly is not driving the VT roads I learned to drive on. This thing wouldn't make it through 1 mud season.

LED bars on an RGT? A travesty.. But hey, his car, his taste, all the more power to him.

Firstly the world was not in chaos.

Secondly it's too much like a normal 911, the Ruf CTR3 is the Ruf to get.

I was thinking the same thing. On anything other than some parts of the Interstate, driving that car up here is asking for some dental renovations.

Perhaps not, but when he was a kid, he rallied his dad's 1930s-era Bentley around the dirt roads of Weston (not that there are any paved roads in Weston, but the point stands).

Doesn't Route 100 go through Weston? Last time I was there it was paved. Really, I only came here to mention that the best pie I've ever had came from Grandma Millers in Weston (now in South Londonderry)... we used to have a house in North Windham, which is right next door. There are (were?) some great dirt roads around there, but I know what he means. The paved roads are lovely to drive on, as long as you don't get stuck behind a slow poke.

You got me. But with the exception of the square in front of the Weston Playhouse and that one cut-through off 100, no other roads in Weston are fully paved.

But yes, I love that place too. I used to work with the owner's son at one of the ski resorts around there, and he'd bring everyone all the extra pies around the holidays. Crazy amounts of pies. Great cookies, too.

Could you please refrain from talking about the pies? Yes, I know I brought it up. But now I have to drive to Vermont for pie. And it's all your fault.
